What is saved

The form saves the name, email, requirement and optional project details you enter, together with selected files and a receipt number. Please use synthetic contact details and files you are permitted to share. Do not provide credentials, banking information or confidential customer documents.

Why it is saved and who can see it

Test information is used to verify enquiry intake and project association in the existing workspace. Only an authenticated internal role can read test enquiries and their private attachments. A submission does not verify the sender’s identity or create an approved quotation.

No automatic external processing

Submission does not send emails or start AI analysis. This preview does not use advertising trackers or external analytics. Essential login cookies protect the internal workspace. The local visitor form uses a separate HttpOnly cookie lasting up to one hour; it allows submission and verification of only your saved receipt, not access to private files or the internal workspace. Your browser session may remember a request ID or receipt number. Full briefs and files are not kept in browser storage.

Retention during testing

Records and original attachments are kept in the isolated test environment for review and linked workflow verification. This preview has no public deletion or export self-service. Ask the test operator about a test record. No real customer data should be submitted.

Before public launch

The final public privacy notice, retention period, public abuse controls, secure large-file transfer and live intake authorization still require confirmation before a public service is enabled. No production retention schedule or automatic deletion is enabled by this preview. This notice describes the current test environment; it is not a final public privacy policy.
